  • We require a signed copy of our Rental Agreement.

    For weddings at least $1000 non-refundable deposit depending on the package you choose. The balance is payable over 3 equal payments.

    For other event types deposit of 50% is required. The balance will be due at least 30 day before the event.

  • The ideal number of guests for our venue to comfortably accommodate all the necessary extras, such as the DJ, gift table, backdrop, and other features, is around 150. This capacity allows us to create an enjoyable atmosphere where everyone can celebrate together, ensuring that all elements of the event are well-organized and accessible for both you and your guests.

  • We have 12 round tables at 6ft in diameter and 12 round tables ar 5ft in diameter.

    Two 8.5 ft custom wooden tables that must stay in the venue. Usually used for buffet.

    At least 5 rectangle tables that are 6ft in length.

    up 200 lifetime chairs for indoor use.

  • MOST packages include use of our venue 5 hours for rehearsal or decorating the day before your wedding, and 9am to 11pm the day of your wedding. Venue should be cleaned up and items removed by 11pm.

  • YES! We have options for inside and outside ceremonies and inside receptions.

  • Yes, our ground floor is. The exception is our upstairs balcony and bridal chambers.

  • Being in the country we believe in conservation and therefore Confetti, rice, party string and glitter indoors are NOT permitted. Open flame candles MUST be placed in a vase or lantern. Fireworks are banned with the exception of sparklers. No additional hooks or nails may be applied to our walls. Items such as Bubble or snow machines are allowed.
    OUTDOORS ONLY: birdseed, bubbles, lavender, sparklers, real flower petals (or other similar organic materials). None of these items shall be used within any structure at the Venue.

  • Yes they are! We love animals and encourage you to make them apart of your day. We do ask you have a plan for safely watching or housing them after the ceremony.

  • Yes, we do not want any guests driving if it is unsafe to do so. We just ask you get them ASAP the next morning.
